The products prices is normally including the following parts:

1. The manufacturing cost of the product.
2. Shipping cost from the plant inventory to the port.
3. Oversea freight cost, which might be sea freight cost with lower price but longer time and air freight cost with higher price but quicker delivery.
4. Customs duty.
5. Handling cost of port and forwarder.
6. Other charges.

The different terms in contract is simply as below, which is defined in Incoterms 2010:

1. EXW.Ex Works (named place of delivery). The goods is yours as soon as it gets out of the plant inventory. All the other cost will charged on your side.
2. FOB. Free on Board (named port of shipment). EXW price plus all the cost before the cargo is loaded on the ship.
3. CIF. Cost, Insurance & Freight (named port of destination). This is the price including all the cost before the cargo is unloaded from the ship.
