Secure document with digital signature.
Dear partners,
From 2019/April/24th, ALL important documents with payment information will be sent in PDF format and with a valid digital signature of “HANGZHOU MED TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD”.
Please check the order or invoice carefully. And please refer to the instruction as below. The only software you need is official Adobe Reader.
- The line of “Signed and all signatures are valid.” must be show on the top of the document, when you open the PDF file in Adobe Reader. And you should see a “VERIFIED” stamp from Hangzhou MED Technology Co., Ltd. But please DON’T trust the file before next step.
2. After click the “VERIFIED” stamp, you should see the pop up screen as below. With Signature validation status. And please make sure it’s signed by “杭州马德科技有限公司“, which is the official Chinese name of us. Also the other two line is also important, the document should NOT been modified.
3. Click the “Signature Properties”, you should see the status is VALID. And please also check the time and approve from Adobe.
