Bt Transgenic Test Strip (Cry1Ab/Ac Cry1C Cry2A)

Introduction:

The Bt Transgenic multi rapid cassette, could be used in detecting Bt Transgenic in seed or leaf in plant or agriculture.

A single rapid detection card is the principle of double antibody sandwich immunochromatography, the antigen in the sample in the lateral movement of the colloidal gold-labeled specific monoclonal antibody 1 binding to form antigen-antibody complex, continue to the front Flow and NC membrane detection line specific monoclonal antibody 2 binds to form a double antibody sandwich complex.

Sample Preparation:

Leaf organization:
1. Place the plant leaves between the lid of the disposable tissue extraction tube and the body, and quickly cover the lid to obtain the prototype leaf tissue. Repeat sampling twice. Place the leaf sample at the bottom of the extraction tube.
2. Insert the pestle into the tube, rotate the pestle to crush the leaves, press for 1 minute, and the leaves are completely mashed.
3. Add 0.5 ml of the diluted extraction buffer.
4. Repeat the crushing step to allow the sample to mix thoroughly with the buffer. Remove the pestle and use it only once.

Seed sample
1. Weigh 1g of the smashing of the sample, transferred to the mark to do the extraction tube.
2. Add 3ml of the diluted extraction buffer to dissolve.
3. Cover the extraction tube cover, forced up and down the tube for 1-2 minutes to ensure that the sample and the buffer fully mixed. Wait for the solid material to settle at the bottom of the tube.
4. The extraction tube can only be used once.

Test Procedure:

1. Remove the test card, place it at room temperature, and make the number.
2. Take a sample with a disposable drop and drop the sample into a 3-well (75 μl) per well. Do not allow the liquid to spill out the fill hole during the addition.
3. Read the result in 5 min. The result over 10 min is invalid.

Result Interpretation:

Only the control line show color in red, means the result is negative.

Both the control line and test line in red, means the result is positive.

No color in the control line, means the result is invalid.

A: All Negative, B: Cry1Ab/Ac Positive, C: Cry1C Positive, D: Cry2A Positive, E: Invalid Results.

Precautions

1, open the bag, should be used immediately.

2, distilled water or deionized water can not be used as a negative control.

3, one-time use of the detection card, can not be reused.

4, the test card is only used for Bt gene screening, positive results of the specimens, the proposed genetic testing methods to confirm.
