Pesticide detect card which consist of chromogenic reagent and cholinesterase is a kind of enzyme test paper. Pesticide detect card can be used in residue detection of organophosphorus and carbamate which is widely used in pesticide, and contain high toxicity. Pesticide detection card has a strong anti-jamming capacity, and could be used independently without other equipment or reagents.

【Introduction】
Pesticide detect card which consist of chromogenic reagent and cholinesterase is a kind of enzyme test paper. Pesticide detect card can be used in residue detection of organophosphorus and carbamate which is widely used in pesticide, and contain high toxicity. Pesticide detection card has a strong anti-jamming capacity, and could be used independently without other equipment or reagents. Pesticide detect card which is easy to be stored and easy to carry has become national standard method currently (GB/T5009.199-2003).
Integrated detection method
Step1. Select representative sample of vegetable, cut the sample into small pieces (about 1 cm2). Then measure 5g sample and 10mL pure water into a clean beaker or flask, and shake up the sample fully to get the sample solution.
Step 2. Remove the film of pesticide detection card, and dip the white disc into the sample solution (prepared in the step 1) for about 2 seconds.
Step 3.Take out the card from sample solution and keep it for at least 10 minutes (put the card into thermostat device of 37℃ if it is possible).
4. Fold the card in half (cover red disc on the white disc). Pinch the card for 3 minutes (put it into thermostat device of 37℃ for 3 minutes if it is possible) to let the white disc and the red disc react completely.
5. Read the results visually by comparison the color change of the white disc with control test (See section of 【Read Results】)
6. There should be a control test each time.

- CIF. Cost, Insurance & Freight (named port of destination). This is the price including all the cost before the cargo is unloaded from the ship.
